We hope you love what you asked GERALDINE LUSTGARTEN. But in case you do not, we have made it as simple as possible to return the products and we will do our best to issue a refund as fast as possible.

RETURNS

Full price merchandise returns can be accepted within 14 days after receipt of the purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and must be accompanied by the receipt with the merchandise in the original state. All sales merchandise purchases are final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping is free for all changes, although customers outside of Colombia are responsible for taxes and fees.

Full-price merchandise must be in its original and unused condition. All sales purchases are FINAL. No refunds and / or change requests in the merchandise will be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund. Only full-price merchandise can be returned by mail for refund. All sales purchases are final.

MONEY REFUND

The refund of your money is allowed while the product has not been dispatched. Paypal and Stripe will charge a 5% commission on the total refund of your money.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) 


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES  (IF APPLICABLE)

Unfortunately, GERALDINE LUSTGARTEN does not currently offer exchanges on merchandise purchased on our website. If you are looking for a different size and / or color for an item already purchased, simply return the item in your possession and place a new order for the desired item. Once the new order is placed, send an email to one of our customer service associates (customerservice@geraldinelustgarten.com) with the existing and new order number, which allows us to guarantee that you will not be charged return shipping charge for the item. you are sending us back

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Cll 77 #67-37, Centro Comercial Acuario, Suite 43, 00000 Barranquilla ATL, Colombia 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
