Geraldine Lustgarten offers complimentary return shipping on all orders within the United States for items eligible for return in accordance with this Return Policy. Subject to certain conditions and exceptions explained below in this Return Policy, and unless otherwise expressly indicated on a product’s detail page at the time of purchase, we are pleased to accept timely returns of certain new and unused Products, as follows:



To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your products must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials, including hanging tags. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and must be accompanied by the receipt with the merchandise in the original state. All sales merchandise purchases are final sale.


  • Full Price: products purchased at full price are eligible for return for a full refund within 14 days from the date that the product was delivered to you. 
  • Promotions: products that are purchased with a Promotion are eligible for return for a full refund within 14 days from the date that the product was delivered to you.
  • Final Sale: products purchased on sale are not eligible for return or a refund. No refunds and/or exchange requests will be accepted.


You will receive a “Return Requested” email confirmation with a copy of the label, instructions, and international commercial invoices (where applicable) attached.

Simply affix the return label to the outside of the box. International orders must include 3 copies of the commercial invoices of the products being returned. This is to prevent any delays with clearing international customs.

Money Refund

The refund of your money is allowed while the product has not been shipped. PayPal will charge a 5% commission on the total refund of your money.

For orders outside the US, the costs of shipping and any import taxes and duties paid are non-refundable. 


Refunds (If applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 


Late or Missing Refunds (If applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges  (If applicable)

Unfortunately, GERALDINE LUSTGARTEN does not currently offer exchanges on merchandise purchased on our website. If you are looking for a different size and/or color for an item already purchased, simply return the item in your possession and place a new order for the desired item. Once the new order is placed, send an email to one of our customer service associates with the existing and new order number, which allows us to guarantee that you will not be charged return shipping charge for the item you are sending us back.



Our free return shipping does not apply to items outside the US. If you are outside the US you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Faulty Products

Products that are received damaged or become damaged by a manufacturing fault should be notify within 2 days after receiving the order to our customer service customerservice@geraldinelustgarten team via email with the order number. 

Damaged or faulty products will be replaced or repaired, where possible and subject to availability. Where possible we will offer to repair the faulty item. If a product cannot be replaced or repaired, you are qualifying to a full refund.


Please Note

We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund. Only full-price merchandise can be returned by mail for refund.

Any returned products which are damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and refunds or credits will not be issued for such returns.
