We ship worldwide with DHL.

We offer standard shipping for $10 on all orders shipping to a US address.
Processing and Delivery Times
All deliveries can be expected to arrive within 5-10 business days from the time of shipment.
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
In case of any delay to processing times, you will be notified by email.
Our shipping carrier is DHL. Once your parcel has been dispatched, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel by clicking on the link provided in the email.
All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended. We recommend providing a business address where possible, or another address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 8am and 6pm EST.
Please note we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies. Orders to PO Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies may be subject to cancellation.
Please note that orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one package. This will be indicated by multiple tracking numbers on your shipping confirmation email.
We offer free shipping for orders in the United States and Latin America. Worldwide shipping is also available and costs will be calculated during checkout.
Taxes and Duties
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. This will be assumed by shipments, changes or returns.

If your order has already been processed, GERALDINE LUSTGARTEN accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However our usual returns process is available.
Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. In the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.
GERALDINE LUSTGARTEN reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.
